How review decisions work
Eligible full-price items may be reviewed only if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original packaging. Any approved resolution may include exchange, alteration review, store support, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Distinction World reviews each case against the order condition, delivery timeline, and the product category involved. Review eligibility does not guarantee a refund or automatic exchange, but this policy does not remove any mandatory remedy required by applicable law for wrong, defective, or undelivered goods.
